Doesn't seem to twist or loop andfeels amazing (lack of drag in water). I use a 7ft length for a midlength board (board is 7'4) and it's the best leash...swapped out from a standard leash. Almost feels like having shortboard "lite" leash around my foot except it's way more sturdier!
