FCS GO Pack - Terms and Conditions

「FCS GO Pack」プレゼントキャンペーンの参加方法：

1. 公式エントリーフォームにて、メールアドレスと氏名を入力してください。

2. FCS から届くマーケティングコミュニケーションに同意する必要があります。 

 

利用規約：

1. 「FCS GO Pack」プレゼントキャンペーンは、2025年6月23日（月）午前12時（AEST）に開始し、2025年7月14日（月）午後11時59分（AEST）に終了します。

2. 本キャンペーンは、13歳以上の方が対象です。

3. 当選者1名に、以下のFCS GO Pack賞品セットを進呈します：
   　・FCS II Al Merrick PG Pro Medium フィン（1点）
   　・FCS Essential 6’ All Round リーシュ（1点）
   　・FCS Day 6’3” All Purpose Cover ボードカバー（1点）
   

   賞品は上記内容にて提供され、現金との引き換えや他製品との交換はできません。
   

4. 当選者は 2025 年 7 月 15 日 ( 火 ) に実施される抽選により決定され、当選者の発表方法は当選者に直接メール通知させていただきます。 通知後7日以内に必要情報の提供がない場合は、別の当選者が選ばれる可能性があります。 

5. FCSは、当選者から提供された住所宛に、確認後14日以内に賞品を発送します。

6. FCSは、不完全または規定に準拠しないエントリーに対して通知する義務を負いません。また、参加者によるミス、エラー、不正な操作について責任を負いません。有効なメールアドレスが提供されていない場合、エントリーは無効とされることがあります。FCSは、参加資格の有無を判断する権利を有します。

7. キャンペーン期間中、参加者側の技術的な問題による不具合に対して、FCSは一切の責任を負いません。

8. FCSの従業員、契約スタッフ、その家族は本キャンペーンへの参加資格がありません。

9. 本キャンペーンの主催者は以下の通りです：

Steps to enter the "FCS GO Pack” Giveaway are as follows:

Terms & Conditions:

1. FCS’s “GO Pack” Giveaway competition starts at 12:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, June 23rd, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Monday, July 14th, 2025.

2. The competition is open to anyone over 13 years of age.

3. There will be one (1) winner selected to receive the following FCS GO Pack prize bundle:
   (1)FCS II Al Merrick PG Pro Medium
   (1) FCS Essential 6’ All Round
   (1)FCS Day 6’3” All Purpose Cover

Each prize must be taken as stated. There will be no cash alternatives.

4. The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will be conducted on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided in the contest entry. Once contacted, the winner must provide necessary information within 7 days or another winner may be chosen.

5. FCS will send the prize to the mailing address provided by the winner within 14 days of confirmation.

6. FCS has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Additionally, FCS is not liable for any mistakes, errors, or incorrect steps taken by participants. Only valid email addresses will be accepted, and FCS reserves the right to determine qualifying participants.

7. FCS is not liable for any technical glitches or issues on the participant's end occurring during any part of the competition.

8. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of FCS are not eligible to enter this competition.

9. The promoter of this competition is Surf Hardware International Pty Ltd, Suite 3, Level 3, 35-61 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour, NSW, 2450.
